I thought Slumdog Millionaire was a great movie!
The movie follows Jamal, a contestant on India's version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? The police suspect Jamal of cheating as he continues to get question after question right on the game show. The movie shows how his whole life, from the slums of Mumbai to the present, have prepared him for the show. There is also a great love story that unfolds throughout the film.The story was original and very engaging, while the acting was great. I especially enjoyed the kids. When I first heard the title, I thought I would hate this movie. Boy was I wrong!
